Exchange and Return Policy

At Cottona, your satisfaction is our priority.

We strive to ensure that our products reach you in exactly the quality you expect. However, if you encounter any issues, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

1- Return or Exchange Period:

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2- Return Acceptance Conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

It must be in its original packaging.

Underwear and lingerie are non-returnable.

3- Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Discounted or special offer items.

Products that have been altered at the customer's request.

Stains, dirt, or any other damage to the item.

4- Return or Exchange Process:

After reviewing your request, a courier will be dispatched to collect the product.

The product will be exchanged or refunded within 3-4 business days after inspection. The item can be exchanged for another of equal or greater value upon payment of the price difference. If the exchange is for a lower amount, the price difference will remain in the customer's account upon future orders. The price difference is non-refundable, either in cash or by Visa.

The company reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the previously detailed return and exchange policy is violated.
